100 golfers took part in the annual charity golf event, the weather was excellent and the course was brilliantly presented with quick greens proving tricky at times. Members and visitors alike said how much they enjoyed the day. The main aim of the day was to remember our past member Gary Cooper and to raise as much money as possible for St Barnabas. We raised £730 thanks to all that contributed throughout the day, thanks to Kath Havenhand for organising the raffle and to all those who donated prizes. Thanks to Teresa Galjaard for sponsoring the wine and beer and Pete Woodward for donating some amazon vouchers for the winners.
