The members turned out in great numbers to represent Kev and Mike, unfortunately the weather started off poorly but gradually improved. There were some great scores on the day, the winner on countback was Roy Broad, followed by Ian Hopkin and Graham Scott. Well done to all of the competitors and special thanks to Andy & Miles for keeping the course in great shape for the event. All of the competitors received a gift from Kev and Mike. Following the event there was a small presentation, including Mike handing Kev the winning trophy for the day. Kev would like to thank all the members that have supported him throughout this challenging year. Kev is loking forward to, and hopes that we are all able to play a full golfing calendar in 2023.
We then held a short presentation to acknowledge some of the golfing achievements made in 2021. All of the sections were well represented and all of the Men’s awards were also made available on the day. Congratulations to all the winners across the club.
