POTTERGATE GOLF CLUB LADIES’ SECTION
We are a friendly, active and growing section of the club with around 60 lady members. Thursday is Ladies’ Day, meeting at 0930 with a 1000 tee off. In addition, several ladies meet at 0930 on a Tuesday morning and also on Saturdays around 0815, teeing off at 0830.
Competitions are held throughout the year and these include Monthly Medal, Stableford, Texas Scramble and 9 Hole Qualifier competitions, together with regular friendly matches with other local clubs. We also arrange various competitions with both the Junior and Senior sections of Pottergate Golf Club.
Over the winter months, we run 3 Winter Leagues, played both during the week and at weekends.
All ladies, with or without handicaps, are very welcome to join us. Ladies wishing to gain a handicap are also welcome with members often on hand to mark cards, if requested.
